In 2001 the “Foreign Language In 5 Days” idea was inspired by two main questions:

"Why does it take so long to learn a second language?”
“Why is standard language education so ineffective worldwide?”

The answers:
“Because the classical systems are not able to keep the student’s attention.”
“The motivation to learn is very low, or even none, once the student realizes the long effort learning a new language takes.”

Eureka! We understood the problems... And the solution was to take the best concepts from the top universities around the world. Effective “improved-learning methods”, in different models, and put them in a collected high-level discipline. We then created and added accelerated, new and unique methods. We called it Accelerated Learning Techniques Academy; “A.L.T.A. 5 day” program and it has proven to be a huge success for over 10’000 students since 2001.

The idea: “Make the course very specific, solid, with no breaks, no disturbances, no distractions, no other languages spoken in class, no other concerns, no work; nothing to interfere with learning for a full day! And this for 5 continuous days in order to achieve exceptional results!”
